These categories provided with the right to get the shipping company services free of charge, are:

1. The Rehabilitated citizens, victims of political repressions.

2. Orphans and children left without parents, studying at educational institutions (except the Federal ones).

3. Heroes Of The Russian Federation.

4. Heroes Of The Soviet Union.

5. Heroes Of Socialistic Labor.

6. Holders of Orders of Glory.

7. Holders of all three grades of Order of Labour Glory.

Benefits provided by "Tatflot" shipping company for a certain category of passengers

The company covers 50% shipping costs of the suburban traffic in the Tatarstan Republic, for the following people:

1. Disabled veterans of the World War II.

2. The participants of the World War II.

3. War veterans.

4. Holders of war decorations "To the Resident of Leningrad under Siege".

5. Family members of disabled (dead) victims, participants of the World War II and war veterans, family members of those killed during the World War II, people occupied in groups of self-defence, family members of those hospital workers who died in Leningrad.

6. People with disabilities.

7. Children with disabilities.

8. Former underage prisoners of concentration camps, ghettos and other places of detention, established by the Nazis and their allies during the World War II.

9. People, exposed to radiation: after the Chernobyl nuclear blow, nuclear tests at Semipalatinsk, the accident of 1957 at "Mayak" and the radioactive waste dumping in the Techa river; and people working at places of an excessive risk.

10. People accompanying disabled ones, those who have the third group disability certificate and children with disabilities.

11. People who worked, not less than six months, within the period from June, 22, 1941 to May, 9, 1945, except working in the temporarily occupied territories of the USSR, or holders of orders and medals of the USSR for selfless labour during the World War II.

12. Veterans of labour, provided with pensions according to the Federal laws on "Labour pensions in the Russian Federation" and "Employee Retirement Income Security Act", as well as people, who’s been provided with pensions according to other cases or receiving perpetual maintenance (for the service), after reaching the age to have the appropriate pension right, in accordance with the same Federal law on "Labour pensions in the Russian Federation".

13. Military men, as well as the retired ones, who had undergone military service, worked in military institutions or attended military educational meetings, where the latter was not included in an acting army, those who had worked for at least six months within the War period from June 22, 1941 to September 3, 1945, soldiers, awarded orders and medals of the USSR for the military service performed during that period.

14. People who worked for air defence during the Great World War, who contributed in the military defence works, in naval construction, airfield construction and other military sites, located within the rear boundaries, on the battle-front rail roads and highways; crew of the transport fleet, those interned in other states’ ports.

15. People awarded the state prizes of the Republic of Tatarstan, affirmed by the Tatarstan Republic Law on "The State awards of the Republic of Tatarstan", where the pension is assigned according to the Federal law on "Labour pensions in the Russian Federation" and on "Employee Retirement Income Security Act", people awarded the state prizes of the Republic of Tatarstan, provided by the Tatarstan Republic Law on "The State awards of the Republic of Tatarstan”, where the pension is assigned according to other cases or provided as a perpetual maintenance, since the appropriate age gives that right, the latter is provided by the federal Law on "Labour pensions in the Russian Federation".
